Lived through the 2 fires and management did a good job communicating and completing the repairs. For the cost of rent, it’s a good deal. The transition between The Montery and Arrive North Bethesda was also well handled. Landscaping looking good. Just wish the pool could be fixed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy Apartment Community Is P... — My apartment community is peaceful. There is no loud music playing or loud talking in the hallway. I haven't had anyone confront me or act in an impolite manner towards me. Some people have dogs but they are not noisy nor is there any smell of urine or stool in the hallway. I have been living in this community for 5 years and I have no complaints about my community.
